I’ve ran this race for many years and it’s one of my favorites. This year I convinced my family to join me and it was a fantastic start to our day!! Great job and thanks for organizing such a great event!
Ditto to that Iroquois is home to me and mine the community means so much to me and all of its traditions I HOPE !!!! this one lives a long time more Hint HINT SWAG….We all love you and you are an inspiration to a lot of us and probably dont know it. Oh yeah and somebody forgot to bring the Raisin Bread and jar of Peanut Butter that is usually at the end of one of the tables LOL
I ran the race for the first time, and had a blast. The prizes at the end were fabulous, even though I didn’t win one. Great job! We’ll be back next year.
I’d agree with the comments above. First time my wife and I have done this race also. It was cold but a great way to start out the holiday. Maybe next year won’t be quite so cold!
Great run-managed a PR of a 7:59 mile during one leg of the run! Looking forward to running with IHR on a regular basis and will be working w Swag for Derby Half training and the NYC marathon (running for Parkinson’s research w Team Fox). Thankful for such a great way to kick off my holiday weekend-now for the long run! See you all at the overlook!
