Canned Goods Run / Donation Drive for The Lord’s Kitchen Ministries
On Saturday, December 18 from 8-10 AM, we will be at Iroquois Park near the amphitheater collecting donations to benefit The Lord’s Kitchen.
This is an informal, non-timed 5K fun run/walk that will begin at 9:00 AM. Admission is a donation of canned goods or cash / check to benefit The Lord’s Kitchen. The 5K run/walk starts and finishes near the Iroquois Amphitheater and the first 50 participants will receive a pair of Swag’s gloves. Holiday themed attire and accessories are encouraged as well, to spread a little cheer. Please note: results will not be posted and there will be no overall or age group awards.
The Lord’s Kitchen Ministries exists to bring hope, share love, and change lives by providing critical support services and spiritual encouragement to those bound by food insecurity, displacement and addiction. Organizations like this need our help now, perhaps more than ever. Please give if you can.
